Communicating in the crisis

The evolution of risk management: new media and new languages

The ICS Rome 2010 intends to examine in greater depth the subject area of crisis management by exploring them with the top experts of communication and risk management.

The new economic politics in Europe. The growing risks and opportunities related to energy and environmental issues. The Italian experience in the area of L’Aquila, today the main reconstruction site in Europe. The countertrend growth of the “new” African and Middle-Eastern Mediterranean, through europeanisation and intercultural dialogue.

An intricate labyrinth of changing scenarios and opportunities that are redrawing the development strategies, measuring the degree of accord between the most dynamic businesses and the most visionary institutions: the focus to which the most advanced communication offers new instruments and new languages.
