Speaking about "The future of the System Italy" in front of almost a thousand people, the father of modern marketing underlined how: «The only way to get out of the crisis is to work together, combining best ideas and aiming at the globalization, ensuring that Italian products are well represented in all countries. In this way – he continued – Italian companies will grow, improving their product positioning». «The Italian companies are leaders in quality, creativity and fashion – he continued – it is the right time for Italy to regain its special position in the world of trade and industry».
Debating on many others topics, from new technologies to the opportunities of foreign markets, maintaining a strong focus on consumers, the inventor of marketing drew the attention also to institutional communication impressing the public of the Forum with its great reflections. «There are so many messages that institutions want to communicate to other institutions and to the public – he said – the institutions should develop a “communicative talent” to express and even change ideas, modernizing thinking by progress the communication».
